How do I create an account?
Following the purchase in our online shop, you will be prompted to create a personal account. Every item you purchase from us will be automatically connected to it.

How can I find out the latest news?
All you have to do is subscribe to our own Newsletter!
You will receive updates on project and product developments.

How to unsubscribe from the newsletter?
If you no longer want to receive updates via e-mail (we would be sorry, first of all) the procedure is very simple. All you have to do is open the last email sent by us, go to the bottom and click on "unsubscribe from this newsletter".
How can I recover my password?
On the login screen we have entered a simplified procedure option to recover your password.
By entering your email you will receive the instructions to follow to assign a new password to your account (obviously at no additional cost).

How to know if an article is available?
Each item is crafted at the customer's request. We will never be out of stock!
What are the accepted payment methods on the site?
The accepted payment methods from us are guaranteed by our Shopify Payments ecommerce sales system, and are:
Visa, MasterCard, Google Pay, Apple Pay, American Express, Maestro, iDeal, Bancontact, Shop Pay, PayPal
Can I cancel / modify the order?
After making the purchase, you can make changes / cancel the order only if it is still marked as "order in progress" in your purchase list.
If the order is already "under construction", it can no longer be canceled. However, at this stage it will be possible to request changes to the colors or initials, meaning that the production is not already at an advanced stage. We will be happy to provide you with all the necessary support in order to make your experience the best possible.
How to receive the invoice for my purchase?
Once the product has been added to your cart, simply select the billing information box and continue with the payment.
You will receive the invoice directly in the e-mail address used at the time of registration.

Gift box
Contact us by e-mail!
If you want the gift to be customizable by the recipient, you can ask us for a dedicated code. In fact, by entering this code during the purchase procedure, the lucky receiver will be able to proceed directly with sending the order.
Will my order be shipped in a gift box?
The packaging of all our products is a jewelery box, to which we can gladly add the gift wrapping with a small contribution that will be charged at the check out stage of the order.
Can I add a custom message?
Also in this case, we will be able to insert your message only upon specific request.
We charge a small amount for this optiona as well.

Order
How can I track the order?
After making the purchase and waiting for the order confirmation email, it will be possible to follow its progress through your purchase section and you can also track it when it’s shipped out thanks to the product serial number and the number tracking of the dedicated courier.
What are the delivery methods?
Delivery will be made by GLS express courier throughout the whole Europe.
What can I do if I have not received the order?
After contacting customer service, we will trace the location of the object and inform you about estimated time of arrivals
In case of loss, we will take care to send a new order into production, obviously without any type of additional cost..
Can I return an item / request a replacement?
If you have received a damaged or non-compliant product, you can return it.
By contacting customer service you can find out how, then we will take care of the evaluation of the product and, eventually, its replacement.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is the purchase of a product that is still under development. If you pre-orde you will one of the first to receive our new products!
New items will be produced every year along with fresh new technologies!

How can I pre-order?
When a product is launched, you will find a dedicated pre-order section, all of the pre-orders will be handler in order of arrival.
How do I make the pre-order payment?
The pre-order price is divided into two payments: a deposit, which will ensure the exclusivity of receiving the product before the official release, and the remaining money, that will be charged when the order is put into production.

Configurator
Emersya's platform allows us to efficiently create, incorporate and share our products with a 3D interface.
Each item and each version of it can be fully explored from every angle, for those who want to have a precise and detailed idea of the product in front of their eyes.
Our 3D configurator allows you to customize the colors of the product, add and then preview the customized text to be engraved on the product.
How can I use the configurator?
Just select the different options on the product page.
Thanks to the integrated animations you can also interact dynamically with some of our products.
By clicking on the highlighted points of the product you can then see it in its closed or open form, and adjust the display size.

Maintenance and care
A constant care of our products will help them to live longer and to always remain sleek over time.
Make sure to check on your products from time to time as the dirtier they get the harder it will be to clean them!
When you’re not using your accessories, we recommend storing them inside their own bag or their box.
Use specific leather products if tor cleaning the leather, and we also advise to avoid leaving the leather in contact with humid environments.
If necessary, use specific cleansing milk to preserve the elasticity of the skin intact.
Obviously, relying on an expert will be the best choice to make your Cavo accessories last a lifetime!
